End of the term:(

This class has been wonderful working with my professor and classmates. It really helped me more on my writing skills. To the next students that has to take this class I would say to you always do your work and ask questions if you do not understand something. If might not be easy going starting off but your professor is there and classmates are there to help do not be afraid to ask for help from your classmates either they are there to help you too. I have learned a lot especially doing some of the new writing skills that we had to learn or know. Like the paramedic method that I never heard of in my life. That really helped out a lot with revising my paper at the end. So I want to thank everyone that helped me this term especially my professor and classmates. Thanks you

Final paper

For my final paper I' am happy that it's almost done but not yet getting there. I'm nervous about my paper a little because I need to add more information in it so that it can be longer and so that it can make a lot of sense. I think that my paper is going to be good but the grading is going to be what I' am looking for to see how my paper is going to turn out. I was never a good writing with papers. But ever since I have been in college and getting help with writing i have been getting better and better at writing. So being in college have helped me out a lot and I' am glad for that. So hopefully my paper will come out great and with a great grade and good writing skills that I have been working on for a while. Writing everyday will make me a good writer for the future.

Revising

This week blog has been OK because I did not get alot of my peers reviewed back on my paragraph but one comment. But it was very helpful for that one comment that I got back. Also about the paramedic method has been so helpful because helps you to see if you have too many words in one sentence that you really do not need the words you can take it out and it still sounds good. I do not know if I'm explaining it right but this is how I see it when using the paramedic method. It helps me a lot with my paper. I did not understand it at first but once I started reading over the information it made since to me. But to be honest I really think that I'm going to continue to keep using blog because I can get alot of information off on my mind and what I'm thinking about my classes. So this has been so wonderful using for the last couple of weeks.

Peer Review

This week we are talking about peer review and what we think about them. I feel very happy about my peers because they are the ones that help out with our discussions and what they think about our papers. My experience with my peers have been great because they give you feedback or help when you need it or you can call them for help. So it has been helpful with having peers. The "Ah Ha" I had when doing some research or paper is when I actually found some good information for my paper I was so excited especially in the Kaplan library. I would get so confused and mad because I couldn't find any good information for my paper but when I did I jumped up and down. No there was nothing stocking to me when doing research for my paper everything was good.

How it's going so far.

Hello everyone,
This week has been going okay for me. It's been crazy trying to go start my paper off and find good information that I can go by for my rough draft. I do not like writing paper's at all because I get stuck on a lot of parts like does it sound write or flow well. Also with the APA formatting hoping that I have done it right. Also with the turn it in web site for plagiarizing. I never did that before but I do think it is a good idea but I do not want to make a mistake and then get in trouble. But I think that I will do a great job at the end if I just keep doing what I am doing. So this is how I feel so far in the last six weeks of school. I think that my ideas for my paper could be influential inn later research because their are a lot of young people out there that just do not know really how much it takes to raise a baby so I would want to prevent it from happening so that they could experience life finishing school and going to college. All that could come later when you are where you want to be. But like they say everything happens for a reason and god has a purpose for everything. Yes that is true but some of these teenagers do not have parents or anyone in their life to tell them about safe sex. So we need to do everything in our hearts to prevent them from going down that road right away. So I hope this will help in the near future.

Prewriting

Hello everyone
Prewriting was good this I week I learned a lot but reading up the information in the kaplan library writing center. I love free writing because it lets me write what I have on my mind right then and there and I can just put it on paper withtout making sure of spelling or errors. I thought at first whn writing a paper any paper I was not going to do a good job trying to get my information but I have done well. Starting off as in find a topic that I want to write on and then trying to get a thesis. This time as in me writing a thesis I did great and I'm proud of my self. Now we are down to pre-writing and I love it. I'm good at free writing brainstorming to actually o my first draft of my paper. I have some good ideas from free writing and brainstorming. The one thing about my academic challenge that I have is try is finding information I do not know if I'm just looking in the wrong place or I'm not spending enough time to actually look up the information. I need to improve in that place. School is really influencing me at this time in my life because I see that it's going to take a good education to be what I want to be in the future. So I see that I'm doing good I get so excited knowing that I'm good at something and almost to where I want to be. So school has made me a better person even though I get frustrated I know that it will be worth it at the end.

Unit 4 Blog
In this week threads I feel like plagiarism is a major role in thsi unit because I see that you can get into trouble using someone elses ideas and not giving them credit for their work that they took the time out to do and work hard doing. I would be mad if someone else used my ideas that I worked hard on and them not giving me credit for what I did. I would probably take it far like suing them if they kepy doing it over and over. I would think that a professional would take it to a higher issues too if somone kept using their information over and over. When I look on the web all the time I do not see something underline raring "legally owed" not to my knowledge. But all toegther I think that plagiarism is wrong and not write so I would do the right thing.

Hello everyone, as I'm doing the discussion questions I'm thinking to myself what in the world am I suppose to do and I got confused a little but once I got the hang of it it was much easier to do it. Especially for my project and trying to find the right thesis I really did my research and came up with a great thesis just hoping that it is not to long. But, I'm really getting the hang of this writing information.
